experienced a single system crash! Recently, with all the Windows 7 hype, I decided to take the plunge and install the Release Candidate RC version from Microsoft on my Acer . To my suprise, even though W7 was not a supported OS (similar to ubuntu in this respect) it worked well under the vista drivers, and all errors that I encountered were problems with the OS itself and not with the machine. As far as the quality of the laptop goes, it s excellent. Not the best of the best, but certainly better than the average joe would be happy with.
