I bought this computer on the internet from a reputable UK based company who I have used before. I was working in Kenya at the time so asked for it to be delivered there, which it was quite promptly. However, when I got it out of it's box and plugged it all in the screen was all blocky. Then, after only 10 minutes of use the screen packed in completely! I was extremely saddened. Now there was a reported patch for this which involved a firmware update, unfortunately by the time I found it Acer had removed it from being available and demanded returns of laptop.
