I'm currently writing this review on my Acer 5720.
The glossy screen is excellent for watching movies, though if it catches a light reflection, this can be very distracting.
The keyboard layout is neat and the mouse scroller has excellent sensitivity
USB2.0 output allows you to have highspeed data transfer, whilst the dual core processor will direct performance where needed.
The lack of bluetooth was somewhat dissapointing, though a small device off ebay for only £5 resolved this issue.
As for the software included, the usual Acer arcade comes with all the goodies you need, improving sound, vision and graphics.
Be careful with one thing, the harddrive space. I found that around 20gb was taken up before I even did anything, vista is a huge OS so don't be suprised if you need an external harddrive at some point.
The laptop looks great, has a lot of power options and the battery is good when on a power saver mode (dim screen and slightly slower performance), when running at 'high performance' (on plug), it's a very capable laptop.
No issues or complaints so far :)
