I recently purchased this from the Acer website with the extended warrenty. It came on time and the service was perfect. The computer is easily compatible with windows vista and runs smoothly, however on idle, vista uses around 46% of the RAM. This makes no difference when using microsoft word, etc, however when playing games it really has an effect. Also it seems to suffer from the atikmag problem which affects the video card. The atikmag file failes on occasion causing the whole computer to shut down, there is no know fix as yet.
