Acer Aspire 5920G ... have owned my acer for 3 month now, the aspire 5920 aesthetically has a very sleek piano black case which looks good, the "boot like" latch is something i have never seen before but does not look out of place and works well and helps to have the webcam centrally placed in the lid. When opend the gray finish is easy on the eye and the lay out with multimidia keys down the right and various application keys down the left side, the mouse pad is a little sensitive at times but i have got used to that. When the laptop is open the screen part is a little top heavy and not to stiff so it tends to want to over open or tip up but this is just a niggle not a big prob... Acer Aspire 5920G ... wanting a powerful laptop for a decent price ideal for web-browsing, data storage, work and multimedia functions could do a lot worse than the Acer 5920. It is nippy even when running a range of demanding applications and doesn t suffer from overheating as much as some laptops can. However not everything about this laptop is a success, and there are some drawbacks ranging from the pedantic to some more serious in nature. Acer Aspire 5536-744G32Mn ... must admit that my knowledge of computers is severely limited. I don t even know the difference between memory and RAM. However, I m going to attempt to review this Acer Aspire laptop in the hope that people as technologically challenged as myself can find some use from it. So I used to own a Toshiba. Brilliant. Sadly, after 4 years of university, the vast quantities of work done on it (or those few times I dropped it perhaps) meant that it started to give up the ghost. It was unbelievably slow, and froze on a daily basis. The battery was all used up after the effort of turning on. The CD drive didn t work, and the"Q" and "A" keys had fallen ...
