Oh My what a machine, we bought this at the beginning of the year, we already own a MacBook pro 15" and wanted something small for travel that still had a proper keyboard. This fits the bill perfectly, a full size keyboard awaits in this rocketship of a laptop, its small and most certainly perfectly formed, beautiful colour screen, rich and vibrant, super fast processor and thin very very thin and small, this is smaller than a magazine, perfect for even the most superlite of travellers. I will never leave home without it! The build quality as expected from all apple products is be far superiour to others, one piece aluminium casing and perfect soft touch keyboard, ...

while I was away. I have to say it was ideal for this kind of thing, for traveling, accessing the internet and just using it for basic use the MacBook Air really does win. The slight downside is the fact it doesn t have a disk drive, and only has one usb port, but to be honest this is not a huge downside, as anything that can be put on a disk can be put onto a memory stick, and programs such as openoffice etc can be downloaded free of charge so there s no need to pay for MacOffice or mess around with an external disk drive. The one USB port is obvious, just take it in turns with camera, memory stick, phone etc, can be slightly annoying but it is designed for travel ...
