Good design leaves nothing to chance. Great design anticipates it. No surprise, then, that MacBook features little touches - like a klutz-proof power adapter and a nifty magnetic latch - that make your computing experience as streamlined as MacBook itself. No power cord, no Ethernet cable, no headphone jack, no wires. No problem. With a long battery life and built-in AirPort and Bluetooth, you can get online virtually anywhere. It's not magic. It's MacBook. Newest Review: ... right click by using CTRL/apple then your right hand mouse too.. perfect! Apples always invent the best things. The ... more More Apple laptops

I've had the laptop for just over a year now, and there are many good things about it. It connects to WiFi with about one or two clicks, which is excellent because on my PC it took several hours to get it set up to accept my wifi connection. The software that it comes with, such as iMovie is excellent, and the inbuilt webcam is extremely useful. This being my first Mac I was worried that I was going to have a really hard time trying to figure out how to navigate the menus, but it was really simple and easy to use. There are several design flaws with this laptop, however. After about 11 months, the case on the laptop cracked, it was through no ... Read the complete review

This is one of the best inventions! it runs great and perfect. mackintosh is soo much more reliable then Windows. mac is so much more reliable then PC's. The graphics are so clear, its are amazing for designers, i use a lot of adobe programs. I used to hate the fact i cant right click but it really doesnt bother me anymore esp when ive learnt all the short cuts. You can still right click by using CTRL/apple then your right hand mouse too.. perfect! Apples always invent the best things. The MacBook really isnt much different from the MacPro unless you are a professional in the design career than i would suggest you getting MacPRO.. ... Read the complete review

This was my first mac, after 10 years spent using a PC. Firstly I am very impressed, the stats on this machine may not jump out at you but the reason it has less processing speed and smaller RAM than similar price brakets in the PC range is because it does not require the extra processing power to run the mac platform. I can use the internet without worrying about virus's/adware and I do not need to run anti-virus software, which will reduce avaliable processing power. I have also purchased Office for mac, which accomades for all my work and university requirements without any hassle. The only downside to this machine is it will not run any (worthwhile) games because it ... Read the complete review

Ok, so I'll be honest - I'm not exactly a techie. And it wasn't just the reputation of the Macbook that called out to me, but the stylish design and the kudos. But I've had this model for two years now and I don't have one complaint. The look and feel are beyond reproach, it's fast, it's reliable...I use it mainly for word processing and e-mail, so I'd suggest that if you're a big game player you might opt for the higher memory model. I uploaded The Sims 3 onto it and it ran, but only just! (and Mac games are pricey!). As a student I mainly use it for research and word processing, and in this respect it's ideal. The widescreen means you can easily have two documents up ... Read the complete review
