Advantages: Fast, Portability, Easier to use than pc, webcam, screen

Disadvantages: screen size? but why buy it if you know its only 13.3"

The best laptop/computer ive had to date.

This was my first mac as i converted from a pc and im glad i did! macs are truely amazing, if you have the money for one as macbooks fetch £500+ depending on your spec and age etc.

I needed a macbook for my college course and decided to get one for its portability as its small and lightweight, so far ive had no problems at all with it, mine is the 2.1ghz version with 2gb ram and runs like a dream. I mainly use it for logic which takes up a wopping 40gb+ but still runs a treat. In built wifi and bluetooth is a nice edition which means i dont have to carry around a 54mb wifi/ bluetooth dongle.

The built-in webcam is by far the best webcam i have owned, compared to the 4 ive brought for my old pc this is top of the pack, its crystal clear and sharp and even maximising it the full screen there is barely any noticeable quality loss.

Battery power lasts for a good 5 hours for standard use, and even longer if you use energy saving settings, the power cable is very smart as its a magnetic connection not just a standard plug-in, and can be shortened so it can fit easily in your bag for travel.

Being a 13.3" screen i was thinking of buying a seperate monitor but the clarity of the screen is brilliant and the 1280x800 resolution works surprisingly well for such a small screen.

Overall anyone looking for a good mac laptop i would recommend the macbook, although the new aluminium ones are out now they are still very pricey, you can easily pick up a macbook now for £500 with the same specs as the aluminium which fethc £750+ new.
