Advantages: Great new features like the track pad and good performance thoughout!

Disadvantages: It is expensive. (but worth it).

I bought this laptop very recently to have as a portable solution to my iMac computer. I really do love this laptop and I think it is the ideal the only problem however, is the price. This cost me £929 and I bought it from the Apple store, I considered this to be a lot of money especially compared to other PC laptops of a similar spec.

The performance of this laptop however is excellent, I love how it boots up quickly and it really is quick to do tasks. The new Mac OSX Leaopard OS operating system really is excellent and great to use. I have found my work efficiency when using this laptop to be very good and the 2GB of ram ensures a stable use. I feel much more secure about the laptop not breaking from a virus because of it being a mac.

The screen is absolutly beautiful and I find the 13.3" screen to be the ideal balance between portability and performance. The resolution of 1280 x 800 is ideal for photo's and movies and there is an inbuilt camera which looks invisible in the screen, this is perfect for video conferences with friends. I really love the keyboard because it is so comfortable to press the keys and they are well spaced apart.

There is an impressive graphics card installed within the laptop and the inbuilt bluetooth is useful for sending files to other people. I love the aluminium casing which really loks great and feels great also whislt keeping the laptop cooler whilst running. The battery life is excellent giving you 5 hours of productive use. The multitrack touchpad is also very cool and provides a fun way to literally flick through your photo's amongst other things.

Overall I find this to be a fantastic laptop thatI really have been generally very impressed with. The performance is incredible and the new multi track pad really does make it more fun to use. I find the only downside to be the price however it is an Apple so you pay a premium. I hope this was useful and thank you very much for reading!
