Advantages: Fast, Reliable and stylish

Disadvantages: Comes at a cost

As a long time pc user I had never considered an Apple laptop as an option however I recently visited an Apple store to buy an Ipod and was won over by the slick os and helpful staff who put to rest any of my worries about compatibility. I've had my Macbook for about 3 months now and have hardly switched my PC on since. The operating system is very stable and snappy and the bundled software is extremely useful. I particularly love iphoto which i now use to catalog and view my entire photo collection. I use MS office for Mac os and have no trouble opening files on a pc and have just bought photoshop elements which is also excellent on the mac platform. The keyboard and tracker pad are very easy to us and responsive and the screen is excellent and displays photos and movies effortlessly. The native browser and email client are again very easy to use and set up and all the different aspects of the mac os seem to work together well. Overall, I love my Mac and will never consider going back to a PC and windows again
