Advantages: Fast, reliable, easy to use, looks amazing, battery life is great

Disadvantages: Expensive, not always universally compatible.

After uming and erring as to wether or not invest in a Macbook, I took the plunge! I've had my Macbook for just over a week now, (it's the 13.3 inch Aluminium one.)

Well, i absolutely love it! I mean, people say, ooh a Macbook, that's flash, etc... Maybe it is, but I find, it just seems to work. Now that might not sound like very much, but after struggling with a PC for years, and waiting for it to load, and hope it doesn't crash, this experience is an absolute joy!

I don't have to sit there for an eternity, waiting to log on to our network, I don't need to wait for ages as it loads all sorts of applications that I don't even want. The speed is fantastic, and everything about it feels nice.

The keyboard is a nice size, the screen is lovely and bright, and the aluminium enclosure feels really strong and smooth.

Yes the initial outlay is rather expensive, and people do seem to get jealous, however, I really feel it is worth it. I am yet to have a single crash, or problem, and I really can't say enough about this wonderful machine.

A couple of things to consider though,

Some programs that work on your PC may not work on the Macs operating system, and obviously the price may be an issue, but apart from those little nigles, I totally say go for it! 110%

Summary: What a wonderful machine, I absolutely love it and won't go back to PC.
