Apple has done it again. Macbook is becoming one of the most widely wanted computers in the world today. So how is it fairing against the competition? I would have to say very well. I myself switched from windows to Mac and I am excited that I did. Even after owning this laptop for almost a year, I feel like the speed of the computer has been the same. However, the negatives include video games. If you are a gamer, the only way to be a Mac is if you up the price for the product so it can play better. Windows has always been the gaming base, Mac is going to have to try hard to gain a lot of ground on that. Also, when it comes to viruses, Mac has some troubles. If a virus specifically targets Mac owners, than you better be extremely weary when visiting sites that may have Mac viruses. This is the case for the Facebook scare. Good points: Mac has a very sleek and amazing design, the battery life lasts forever! The apple staff are by far the most helpful and patient. My Macbook has started to crack on the back and I took it in. One of the staff said we can fix this for free for you. I also brought in my iTouch which I had dropped and the screen broke. they gave me a brand new one on the spot! No questions asked. Macbook is a very good computer, it just happens to be extremely expensive.
