Advantages: Amazing LLaptop in almost every way

Hello all,
I work at several large computer superstores and have access to them all on a daily basis. I Have not purchased these laptops but I instead work with them in order to bring you the highest quality consumer based reviews. I sometimes ask the opinions of my staff and also of customers to bring you up to speed.
So without further interuption here is my review on the MacBook Pro with 17" display.


DESIGN

The MacBook Pro is one of my favourite laptops and if I could I would go out and buy one right now. The design is hard to improve and has such stye and elegance. It does sound silly to say this about a laptop but it's true. Not only is it very astetically great it's also functional aswel and is very sturdy. The thing is made from sturdy alluminium and in my opinion this adds to the laptop.
When you open the MBP all you can see is this huge glossy screen. Its breathtakingly good and is very easy to look at.
There is also the added touch of a slot loading Disk drive and all the ports are located along the sides only to add to the look.
Now many people complain about the weight of this machine I being quite a strong guy I cant understand it. I could EASILY carry this with me all day long and although something like a MacBook Air is much better for this sort of thing some power uses might need a much more powerful computer.
If you are a business user and feel as if you would strugle carrying this machine on a daily basis. I would reconsider and go to the Gym instead because it really is just a great laptop.


SCREEN

Now I thought that the huge 17" screen deserved an entire section to itself so I'm gonna give it one. THE SCREEN IS AMAZING especially the glossy one. Its LED backlit and much better than some plasma televisons I have seen. The screen is extremely sharp and Im pretty sure its close to High Definition. It also has very bright colours and can be very very bright at times.


POWER AND PERFORMANCE

Not only is this a superfast at running Mac OSX with its dual core processer and two gigs of ram I hear that it runs Microsoft Vista faster than an actual PC which is an acheviement in itself. I personally have spent many hours designing advertisments on this laptop using Adobe Creative Suite Master CS3 (which is a huge program) and it runs it with so much ease its fantastic for creativity and work. This is the ulitmate desktop replacement.
I Liked this laptop so much I even borrowed one for awhile, so I removed it from its seat atop the display cabinet (dont worry we have two on display) and unpluged the cabole from the connector and it lasted 2 3/4 hours before I had to return it which in my opinion is great for such a powerful laptop. This was with full screen brightness and wifi blazing so Im sure it could last so much longer. The speakers on the MacBook is also much better than ive heard on many laptops. It also stays realitivly cool even on battery.
Ive also tried several games on this laptop and they all run flawlessly. The settings werent on full but they handled anything I could throw at it. This is due to the 256mb dedicated graphics card but the powerful processer and ram work together aswel creating magnifience.

CONCLUSION

The best laptop ever!! Okay slight exageration but it certainly comes close. If you use large memory sucking applications on a daily basis and dont require too much bettery life you will be so happy with this laptop it truly is a desktop replacement and it is really quite portable. If this laptop suits your needs BUY IT
