Apple MacBook MA699B/A ... so I ll be honest - I m not exactly a techie. And it wasn t just the reputation of the Macbook that called out to me, but the stylish design and the kudos. But I ve had this model for two years now and I don t have one complaint. The look and feel are beyond reproach, it s fast, it s reliable...I use it mainly for word processing and e-mail, so I d suggest that if you re a big game player you might opt for the higher memory model. I uploaded The Sims 3 onto it and it ran, but only just! (and Mac games are pricey!). As a student I mainly use it for research and word processing, and in this respect it s ideal. Apple MacBook Pro MB990B/A ... just recently purchased the 13 inch Macbook Pro, and I didn t know if it would be worth the price. However, it has been totally worth it. The machine is fast, looks great and is very easy to use. On the other hand, it is prone to scratches and is very expensive compared to similar spec Windows PC s. The packaging is very simple, but looks great. It protects the machine very well. The build quality is very good, with a study computer, with everything fine cut and one of the best designs on the market. However, the case is prone to scratches and this can become very annoying as they show up very easily, so invest in a nice case or sleeve. The battery life is fan...
