ASUS customer care is rubbish. They are not based in the uk, and if you have a problem, getting them repaired is a nightmare. You have to contact the Netherlands and get it sent away to Scotland for repair. They tell you it will take seven days for repair, but I have been waiting 7 weeks, and still no laptop.
