Netherlands and get it sent away to Scotland for repair. They tell you it will take seven days for repair, but I have been waiting 7 weeks, and still no Laptop . No engineers come out for repairs, so you are without a machine for ages, which is not good if you need it for work. Not something I had checked out before I bought it, wish i had now. In comparision, my husband bought a Dell, and when he had a problem the engineer comes out the next working day and is repaired on the spot, unless it is not repairable, and a replacement is sent out within a couple of days.
