Sadly the eeepc developed a fault with the display. The image would shudder and horizontal lines flickered like the vertical hold on an old tv. I called the Asus support number and was give a link to follow. After several attempts I finally had an accepted repair request and a few days later a UPS label dropped on the mat with a number to call to arrange pickup. The package was picked up Friday afternoon... I was most suprised when the following thursday UPS called with a package, it was my eeepc. I bought my Asus eee PC when they were introduced into the UK market at the end of 2007. They were difficult to get hold of at the time, which kind of shows the hype surrounding this product.
