Benq Joybook R55V.G01 ... Joybook R55V series allows you experiencing performance in every sense. The 15.4" UltraVivid 16ms widescreen is gloriously bright, rendering vibrant color and crisp details. By taking advantage of a SATA Hard Disk Drive, the R55V series not only provides exceptional performance but high security.

At 16 millisecond (ms), the R55V series display has the fastest response time. The response time of most notebook displays is about 25ms, and the adverse effects of this relatively long interval can be noticed during playback of DVDs or when playing games that require quick scene changes. At 16 ms, it effectively eliminates ghosting from fast-moving objects and renders extra-sharp motion images.

The Joybook R55V series features a port replicator that provides a VGA port, two USB 2.0 ports, printer port, Ethernet jack, COM port, headphone jack, and DC-in socket for fast and simple connection and disconnection from peripherals-making for a highly efficient mobile office.

BenQ? Had you heard of them a few months ago? Well I hadn’t. Benq are new to Europe although they are well established in the Middle East. If you hadn’t heard of them before Euro 2004 you must do now! When I saw this laptop for an insanely low price a few months ago I was a little skeptical, but after days of research I couldn’t find anything to compete with it, and became more confident about BenQs reputation.
