I've had this laptop for since November 2010 and it is still working quickly and efficiently.
Sound quality is good for the value, clear music from both iTunes and films. The battery life has been very good, allowing me to watch 2-3 hour films without plugging in even now after almost 2 years of constant use. Screen quality is good too, especially good picture when watching films and iPlayer/4oD.
Only had one screen problem, which was sorted relatively speedily by HP, with good door to door service, although quite a slow telephone service. It has yet to overheat or have any other trivial problems. The webcam produces a good picture and sound, making video conversations very good. Compared to my old laptop (HP), the wireless connection (in the same location) is much better with this laptop.
Overall for the amount of money I paid, I have been very happy with the laptop.
