I've found this laptop to be a good, fairly cheap laptop, although unfortunately it is lacking in some areas.

- The Product -
When I brought this laptop everything came ready installed, all I had to do was turn it on. With a fast boot up time it set a good initial impression, and after testing it on a few games it worked well, although the 2gb Ram lets it down should you wish to do any type of gaming on it. I also noticed that as normal with Dell, it has the 200 hundred useless programs that are factory installed, slowing the machine down a bit. They are the only two downsides to the machine. It handles most office work flawlessly, and the built in DVD rewriter allows you to watch films, as well as save files onto disks, and the Card Reader is useful, as it saves me using my great big external one. The battery life is ok, it will last the train journey to work which is around two hours with all the brightness at full, so will probably last longer if you were careful with it. The built in webcam provides clear images and is useful for taking photos as well as using Skype.

This laptop is a nice little laptop, and will do everything that most people want. Its suitable for office work and internet browsing. If you play a lot of games, then this laptop may not be the best, and something with a little more power would be suitable.
