Advantages: looks nice, works most of the time

Disadvantages: came with VISTA

I've had this laptop for about 2 years. We've had our ups and downs but we're stuck with each other now. It came with Vista which I think may be responsible for some of the problems I've had with it. I get Blue Screen Of Death on a regular basis. As a non-geek I am limited as to what I can do to improve its performance.
It does work 90% of the time, it has plenty of capacity for pictures, downloads etc The battery on mine lasts about 2 hrs unconnected to mains which I think is pretty good. Its so heavy I wouldn't think of taking it anywhere anyway. It looks nice and came in a range of colours. I had a few problems with keys sticking when it was new but its fine now. It did come with a Dell printer as part of a special offer, but the printer has just died and is not worth fixing so I've had to purchase a new one.

Summary: Probably good value for money
