Not a bad laptop at all, I decided to go the 2nd-hand route and I can't say i've been disappointed, I mean the battery was a little flat but it was easy enough to find a replacement with many batteries compatible so you don't have to buy the extortionate Dell batteries. The spec is really an average laptop and there are much better on the range but if you're restricted by price or plan to upgrade a laptop to save money, you know, put new trims on, a new engine, maybe even a bass in the back, then this is a mighty fine option.

With a 1.86 dual core processor you can't play high demanding games but it's enough to browse the internet and watch youtube videos without any jittery images/videos. I mean with technology updating all the time you can get much better processors now but the dual core makes things just a little smoother and sleak when using the laptop.

2 GB of RAM is enough to have a number of windows open, and isn't too shabby at all. You shouldn't need too much more if you were to be using this laptop for browsing the internet or using microsoft office but there is an option to upgrade to 3 or 4gb of RAM so there are options open to you with this laptop if you did want it to pack a bit more of a punch.

The windows experience index classes this laptop at a 3, which is harsh because the score is dragged down by the graphics which aren't great if you plan to be gaming with 3D or high-quality graphics but I've been able to play football manager and theme hospital without any problems at all, the rest of the laptop is really rated between 4.5 and 5 on that same index so it's an average laptop but in my opinion is a decent laptop to have. The laptop just looks nice, it looks stylish and is easy to use. Screen size is also a plus with it being bigger than other laptops in the similar price range.

The laptop really does everything an average laptop user would want, watch Youtube vids, word documents, fast browsing, I mean unless you're a hardcore gamer or user (why would you even be reading this review?!?) then this is a trusty laptop that I would recommend. If you're not too fussed about having the latest gadgets then why not buy this. It's good!
