When i first bought the dell inspiron the order process was very simple to order and customise online. As i submitted the order I thought i would be waiting the usual 7 to 11 days for delivery. That amount of time went past and i began to worry. I called Dell and asked about my order and they said they needed receipt for payment before it can be processed. They could have warned me earlier about it but they never bothered to contact me. For the troubles they put me through they offered me a free upgrade to a faster CPU which made the deal so much sweeter. After that delay they were very quick in building and sending to me. I received the item after hours which was a surprise.

I bought the laptop for $1000 with the customised parts such as bluetooth addon and larger hard drive. The laptop is very easy to setup and use it is very quick and responsive and the look and feel is pretty amamazing. One of my biggest regrets when purchasing the laptop was the ATI graphics card, it was one feature i should have added as I love playing my sport games on my laptop. Built in graphics run games fine for some but they are usually run on low quality to get good performance.

Overall Battery life is great and you also get a free upgrade to windows 7 at the time which i took advantage of and the performance is even better that the previous version called vista.

You also get 18 month free mcafee anti virus which is still working fine for me.

Overall very happy with Dell and the Inspiron laptop and i will buy the next version in the future when its time for an upgrade.
