I received this as a gift for Christmas 2010 and have yet to be disappointed by it. Immediately impressed by it's sleek and glossy appearance, I was surprised by it's performance.

The model I have is pre-installed with Windows 7 Home Premium, has a 2.30GHz Pentium Dual Core Processor, and has around 450 GB of hard drive space. I also appreciated that it was pre- installed with programs such as Skype. This was a great improvement on a desktop PC I'd been using for a fair few years!

I use this laptop for both work and leisure, and have found it easily copes with any need for displaying graphics thrown its way. The trackpad is very responsive (some say too much for their liking, though this can easily be changed) and I've had no problems with the buttons or keys on the keyboard being damaged or faulty. The CD player doubles up as a DVD burner, which may come in handy for some. The large screen has a clear and bright display, which is great for viewing images or watching videos. I've found battery life to be very good; I can leave open and use several windows for at least 3 hours before the battery runs into the 'reserve' level. To get the best out of battery life I recommend using or at least tweaking some of the power saver settings - even making small changes to the display helps to save battery.
