Disadvantages: problems with vista early on

This laptop is a extremely good laptop, I use it everyday. I get up to 8 hours of battery length without being plugged in and it is fast, no matter how many programs I have running it will load within a second or two. The graphics are especially impressive, they are great for watching movies or slide shows. I watch movies on it all the time. This laptop essentially replaces and desktop computer with the same power and speed. This laptop is extremely reliable, and even though there were problems with vista the only problem is they had a few bad hard drives, I happened to have gotten one but dell handled it very easily for me so all I had to do was take the new hard drive out of the package that they mailed me for no cost, put it in and follow the instructions, but by now windows has fixed all of the major problems. Overall this is a fantastic laptop
