I bought my laptop around a year ago and I have to say that it is absolutely fantastic.

The screen is big and bright, making everything easy to see, including text and video.

Battery life is pretty good at around 2 and a half to 3 hours on one charge. However it is relatively heavy for a laptop - although this doesn't affect me too much as it doesn't leave the house, but I wouldn't really want to be carrying it to and from work every day.

The major plus-point in my eyes is the keyboard. Having a 17-inch display means that there's enough room for a full-size keyboard, including a numerical keypad. The keyboard and keypad are both very easy to type on as well.

This is the 2nd laptop I've owned (the previous one was bought from Rock Direct) and one thing that's impressed me is how much cooler the Dell is than my previous machine was. I used to have to sit with a cushion on my knee and the laptop on the cushion due to the that that it gave off - happily this isn't the case with my Dell as it doesn't seem to get as warm.

I couldn't be happier with my laptop - I love it to bits!
