Advantages: Great 'powerhouse' laptop

Disadvantages: weight and size

I have owned this laptop just over 18 months now, and would not be without it. However it can be temperamental sometimes, it has once totally crashed and i had to re-load my operating system and programs to get it to work again, as well as this the web cam will only work about 20% of the time. As well as this the disk drive is excessively noisy, it is loud enough to interrupt the TV for everyone else in the house if reading or writing, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!. On the other hand the laptop is amazingly quick and handles most applications including my image and video editing suites in its stride. The laptop is very heavy and bulky, weighing in at around 4kg, it is not practical to many users who need something to take with them wherever they go, however if like me you want a laptop to just use around the home then it makes little difference.
