... £300 plus postage for it. It is a good, solid machine - but oh so uncomfortable! After half an hour of typing, my wrists ache. That's because the front edge is quite high and really presses on the inside of the wrists. After an hour or two at the computer, my arms and shoulders ache as well. I have previously used a Toshiba laptop and an IBM Thinkpad, as well as various PCs with keyboards, and have never experienced hurting wrists. I haven't been able to find a high enough wristpad to protect my wrists from th...more

Dell Inspiron Range 4100 ************************ Looks The dell computer is not a small slim-line computer. You can even customise the appearance of your computer. The panels shown on the Dell Inspiron Range in blue can be changed. Weight The computer is a bit heavy but if you are going to be putting it on a table then it is not that bad. Power Consumption The laptop uses a lot of battery power. My laptop usually cuts out after 3 to 4 hours. Manual/Instructions The manuals and instructions, which come with the PC, are very helpful indeed. The manuals are very clear and very precise. ...

Intro: Over the past 3 years I have owned 3 laptops, this being the third, and this is the first one I am truely satisfied with. (I use my laptop at work constantly and previous to completly died within a year) Good Points: One of the first things one notices about this laptop is the high quality big screen. This is 14.1 Inches which is the visible area of a 15Inch monitor and can go up to a resolution of 1400 x 1024 which is impressive for even a desktop monitor. The graphics card is excellent for a laptop (geforce 2 32MB with geforce 4 coming soon.)This is enough to run almost any game with very good graphics. Thirdly the battery last forever ...
