THE LOOK Although this machine is a bit on the bulky size, weighing in at a middleweight 3.2kg and measuring 36cm wide by 27cm deep and 4cm thick, this Laptop looks smart, with its black cover, silver inner lining and its 15.4 inch screen The keyboard section is laid out with simplicity, not too confusing to the eye, with the power button above it and the touch pad below. On the left side there lies the heating vents, which never get too hot but simply blow out nice warm air, and not too noisy with it. I have owned my Dell for almost a year now and on the whole, have been very happy with it. It runs very quickly and is always quick to start up. It is also quiet as a mouse, no deafing fan meaning I can t hear my music playing! The keyboard is easy to use and just the right size for me. However, I imagine that someone with bigger hands/fingers might find it all a bit of a squeeze... I don t like the location of the speakers AT ALL on this model. They are right at the front of the computer, which means, while you type, your arms are right over them, muffling any sound/music quite considerably! I found this very annoying to start, but have now got used to it. However, ...

Dell Inspiron 1501 I got my Dell Inspiron 1501 for christmas 2 years ago and its still in perfect condition even tho i have dropped and spilled things on it it still works fine it has a nice look its silver with a white trim and black keys and a black bottom. The Mouse Pad is really easy to use your finger just slides along the smooth surface. It has good specs and it runs fast i have never had any problems with the laptop and its never had to go in for service or anything its been excellent as good as the day i got it.
