Dell Inspiron 4000

Rating:
second one (with two batteries typically last 8 - 12 hours) and the second battery is hot swapable with the DVD drive which is also excellent. Finally as with all Dell computers is the amazing technical support which can help with anything and everything. Bad Points: If one squishes the laptop a patch appears on the screen which last about 24 hours but no prerminant damage is done. The hard disk is typically quite small at 10GB allthough upgrades are available. Points of Note: For anyone buying this laptop I would definately recommend buying a second battery, it is envaluable even if you think you will have your laptop plugged in most of the time. Make sure you ...

Rating:
Looks The dell computer is not a small slim-line computer. You can even customise the appearance of your computer. The panels shown on the Dell Inspiron Range in blue can be changed. Weight The computer is a bit heavy but if you are going to be putting it on a table then it is not that bad. Power Consumption The laptop uses a lot of battery power. My laptop usually cuts out after 3 to 4 hours. Manual/Instructions The manuals and instructions, which come with the PC, are very helpful indeed. The manuals are very clear and very precise. My computer even came with a video, which instructed me on how to change the panels on the computer and what ...

Rating:
on that to produce a very colorful range of PIII/700 chipset models. I must say that I have been very impressed by the speed of it, as I own a Inspiron 3700 too. The battery life is good - I can use it for up to 4 hours on a fully charged cell. The plethera of ports on the back of the machine are very useful - there is even a USB port hiding amongst the back panel. One of this Inspiron's best features is of course the keyboard which feels much more like a desktop keyboard than a laptop. The key sizes are unusually big due to the fact that the keyboard spreads the entire width of the computer. You will be thankful for the larger-style enter and backspace keys ...
