The product is nice as a whole, very easy to carry due to its small size(compared to other laptops of the same price like that of Sony). In most Dell products, the problem is breaking (separation) of LSD panel with the main body at the attachment joints(seen in most dell laptops used at a university). Although this is a problem, Dell Inc. offers warranty of its product which many other laptop makers don t. Another less attractive feature of dell is its not-so-bright LCD screen compared to other LCDs like that of Sony, Toshiba which i could see at shopping stores.
