First it crashed all the time! and the battery would die after only using it for about 20 minutes. The final straw came when the charger blew up! Dell Latitude D410! I got this in pink for christmas and was so HAPPY! It's small and compact so was very easy to take away with me. You may want to get a larger laptop if you use it for business or work, this was only for personnel use so it suited me perfectly. It is very straight forward to use and i had it personalised to suit me with 3 weeks. Then the problems started! Ive found this is a great laptop for surfing the internet and its compact size means that it can be tucked away at home when not in use or taken on trips away from home. The size still provides a big enough screen to view movies or your favourite programmes on BBC iplayer The only real disadvantage I have found is the battery life. Mine seems to only last 30mins at the most, but as my laptop was second hand ti may simply be that it needs a new one! Another thing that bothers me is the waste of space near the mouse.
