Dell Latitude D410!
I got this in pink for christmas and was so HAPPY!

It's small and compact so was very easy to take away with me. You may want to get a larger laptop if you use it for business or work, this was only for personnel use so it suited me perfectly. It is very straight forward to use and i had it personalised to suit me with 3 weeks.

Then the problems started! First it crashed all the time! and the battery would die after only using it for about 20 minutes. The final straw came when the charger blew up! After about 6 weeks of different people attempting to fix it they managed.

I was NOT offered a new laptop or charger!

It finally began working again but it has not been the same since. It is very slow and freezes all the time

Overall not happy with this product!
