The 4 GB ram ensures that you almost never have a single complaint about lack of resources whether it be creating a movie, editing photos or hard-core gaming. Probably with one of the best configurations in the 450$ range laptops, it is also a killer on looks as you have a wide choice of colours to pick from, albeit at an extra price but the look is seriously worth it. A 2 MP webcam ensures you neve have a problem creating the small video snippets you always need at the right time as well as gives video conferencing a pleasurable dimension. Do not bother about the softwares it provides because firstly, it depends on when you buy the laptop that you get different softwares with it. I have been hearing that Dell plans to provide Windows 7 with this one ( I have not seen one with it though). The rest of the softwares are available on the market and you can always customize the laptop with any antivirus or even OS if required.
