Excellent laptop to start with, developed a few problems after a few weeks. The design is second to none with high quality materials but the laptop seems to overheat quite a bit with the fan not working as often as I would like. However Dell's service is second to none - I called one day and a new power charger was delivered the next without any questions asked. Top service! Warranty is only for a year but for about an extra £65 you can extend for another 2 - may be a piece of mind if you're keeping the laptop for a while in case anything goes wrong. So in summary, top quality laptop but let down by heating issues, very fast processor (2.1GHz) processor in my case but I think this sort of type is neccessary in order ot get the most out of Windows Vista. My rating, 3 stars.
