Disadvantages: Expensive.

XPS M1530 has very powerful and impressive configuration. Now, this is what you can all-rounder, as it has higher ram and also very powerful processor. Its, slim, slick, stylish and eye-catchy and smoothly finished.


But, on the other hand, it is really expensive. If you consider other brands available in present markets, which is much cheaper than Dell. Here you need to know one thing is, this description does not tells you one important FACT, that is when you want to build you laptop with higher processor and rams, the price will be much higher. But, it is powerful and have great ability of multitasking.

This laptop has wide variety of connectivity options. Since, all the XPS laptops got built in web-cam of 2mega-pixel, which is very useful feature. They have bluetooth connectivity built in as well. Allows the consumer to transfer data from their mobile. When We go to DELL website, to buy this laptop, there are some useful options available as well. For instance, they will offer the consumer Microsoft Office in Half price or some more attractive deal. It changes time to time. So, in my personal opinion it's better to buy DELL laptops from their UK website, which allows the consumer to enjoy a great deal of freedom. And, DELL also provides some useful offers as well, which might comes handy to you. But when I have to buy this laptop in other high street shops in UK, definitely they will offer cheaper price than DELL website, but I will not have that freedom to configure and add those extra features I like to have in laptop. That is why I prefer to buy them online from DELL.

XPS 1530 is very stylish compare to other DELL series. It has very attractive and stylish outlook and it is very light weight. Battery life also very good, specially when you buy from DELL there you will be given an option to upgrade your battery life from 6 cell to 9 cell. Now a days, DELL do this upgrade for free, but sometimes you have to spend extra £20 for this upgrade.

But, I think this battery cell upgrade is very important. It will allow the user to have long time mobility. A full charged 9 cell battery will allow the user to use this laptop roughly around three hours without power connection. Very helpful upgrade. In my opinion, it is highly recommended.

In some specification there is an HDMI support also included with this laptop. Since it has 4GB ram and nvidia graphics card, allows the user to enjoy better resolution and high quality video in their laptop.

I wish there is a blu-ray drive also included with this configuration.But hey, when you are going add this blue ray drive in your system, it will cost you much more. Anyway, excellent for gamers, programmers, web developers. But its also kinda pricey though.
