... and silent, the body of it is done in proper and solid way, it looks good and long lasting. As for this price I expected something better, and my friend as well as he is a game maniac, still you can play new games but no on the highest resolution this notebook can offer. An last thing the battery last betwen 3 and 4 hours, as for me it s too short, 2 more hours and it would change my opinion about this Dell product.... Dell Studio 15 ... ordered a customised Dell Studio 15 about the 20th September and was at first disappointed with the scheduled delivery date of the 5th October; instead I found myself pleasantly surprised as it arrived around a week earlier, complete with altered specification and all the add-ons I selected pre-installed. This was Microsoft Office Student Edition 2007, Vodafone 60 days free mobile broadband, 15 months McAfee Anti-Virus free (as part of a deal they had on) plus other accoutrements. Dell Inspiron Mini 9 ... love my Dell mini. It is small enough to carry around the house, out in the garden, anywhere really. It is lightweight and not at all cumbersome. It fits nicely into my bag or carry case when I am travelling. The keyboard is large enough to type comfortably, and the screen large enough to display my photos nicely. When my photos are on a slideshow format the computer is like a digital photoframe. If the text is too small on any page it is easy to enlarge it. I find the mouse extremely sensitive which takes a little while to get used to, when I use other laptops I feel I am being very heavy handed with them, up to mine. Dell Inspiron 1545 ... purchased my first laptop just after christmas 2008. I basically went into Currys unsure of what I wanted & without much knowledge on laptops in general. I was advised to go with the Dell Inspiron 1545 and I must say I have been very impressed with it. I bought my laptop for £399 in Currys, excellent value for money in my opinion. The Laptop was for a sale price due to it being Boxing day and had previously been on sale £500. - Appearance The laptop has a "high gloss " lid which looks very nice however, can be fairly annoying as it shows finger prints and constanly requires cleaning.
