We bought our third Evesham computer, a Voyager 6400 laptop in March 2004, as the first two had been excellent. This one has been a DISASTER from day one when the USB ports did not work. It would take for too long to detail all the problems. Suffice it to say since we have had delivery of it we have had less than seven months use of the computer. Though paying for on site repair it has had to be returned to Evesham each time it has gone wrong.Apart from problems with the USB ports it has crashed and locked up repeatedly resulting in lost work also, though the expansion port had never been used, it became displaced and had to be taped up. It has been returned to us TWICE after "repair" with exactly the same faults, and we have spent a great deal of time on the phone with the technical department.
Evesham have admitted there is a hardware problem but will not refund our money. They will only transfer our hard disc to another laptop. We are thus saddled with a computer in which we have no confidence.
We shall never buy another computer from Evesham.
