An entry level laptop. Cheap in price shows. Tinny sound, only one speaker. But worst of all, the fan comes on and stays on nearly the whole time - even just browsing the internet. The laptop certainly doesnt get very hot. Fujitsu support were useless. Again, I put it down to cheap processor (celeron M) and cheap parts. Wish I'd read the reviews about the noisy fan before I purchased it. On that basis alone I wouldnt recommend this machine, nor will I ever go for a Fujitsu again.If you are deaf, or dont mind a whirring fan going all the time, then this basic laptop will do a basic job, but don't expect anything more. Battery life is just under 1 hour -pathetic! The only plus that I can see is that the CrystalClear screen can still be seen clearly in bright sunlight.

We've had one of these for a number of years now and find it pretty awful. It takes a long time to load up and despite being treated with respect had started to fall apart! My daughter got this laptop for christmas 2 years ago and she has rarely been on it instead she uses mine as hers the Fujitsu is very slow to start and cannot load any games as it makes it even slower. I would not recommend purchasing this laptop there are better products on the market.

Not worth the money they cost to make, Constantly having problems with them and the customer service from Fujitsu-Siemens is almost none existant, Firstly Finding the Fan covered up with Foil and plastic so that it wouldn't work correctly, Secondly on the fan being covered up They deny that this is done to make sure that the laptop fails shortly after the warrenty is up.I have had two of these laptops and both of the same times the exact same problems have come up, and i bought the two of them from different stores.

This is a great laptop if youre just after something budget for a student or to do office work. It helps if you know a bit about PCs, with a bit of tweaking you can get more out of it. It was pretty cheap for a laptop, and the specs are decent- 80GB hard drive which is big enough for all my applications, work, music and a few games too; 512Mb of RAM; a pretty big screen (sorry, i don't know how big exactly!); a CD / DVD burner and player.
