I noticed, from my last Fujitsu notebook, that the sound features weren t that great. This is quite similar. However, it does give you the option of hooking up channel speakers to get that extra oomph when watching a movie. (A very cinematic atmosphere!!) Other features throughout the notebook include three UBS ports, a memory card reader, S-Video connector and DVD writer. The keyboard is comfortable to use and is standard of any notebook keyboard with an inbuilt mouse also. The charger connecter is situated on the right hand side. Hey there, I bought the Amile 1640 from a Swiss vendor advertising it as a 64-bit Laptop . The reality is, though, that the AMD Mobile Sempron processor that the computer has is in fact NOT a 64-bit processor, the desktop semron 3000+ is, but not the mobile... So, this is a great discouragement, and I may ask to send it back, but I ll tell you some of the reviews I hae for this model. I payed 1250 CHF which is less than 900 euros, this is a pretty sweet price considering the machine it is.
