years now i think and it has never been a problem, the screen failed - Because i broke it accidentally. The Laptop still hasnt given up. WHen purchased, it ad 512MB of RAM. this want enough formy needs so i upgraded it with another 1GB of ram ( It has two ram slots ), it now holds 1GB and 512 MB ( Supports 2GB MAX ). this laptop is now powerful enough. F Fujitsu Siemens Amilo pro v3205 has best price/performance ratio in 12 inch laptop class in market. i buy it near 1100USD in Kish Iland in Iran 6 mounth ago. my laptop has intel core2duo t5600 1.8GHZ and 2 GB of DD2 Ram and 120 GB Sata hard drive . I work with vista ultimate SP1 and this laptop have no problem with it and run program very fast. I got it a few years ago, ran very well and had a great battery life. It is now rather dated, although as long as the quality in the Amilo Pro series remains the same, then this review should be a good guide for future purchases. The laptop has a very well-built feel to it and, unlike friends cheaper models, it has not given me any real problems despite quite intensive (daily) use. I initially purchased it for my last year as a student and it survived me cycling with it in my rucksack to lectures without a problem. It has also had its fair share of knocks without a complaint.
