The Amilo D I purchased utilised the Pentium 4 2.53 ghz processor with a 15' screen. A very competent machine with an excellent ATI mobility Radeon 9000 graphics card. The screen is pretty sharp when you have got the viewing angle right. But it is not for the hard of seeing, at its best resolution the fonts are very small even when set to large. It will largely depend on what you want to use it for. Excellent for 3D gaming on the move and surfing the internet, especially on broadband where it handles video very well.
