Great machine - crap screws (Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo Mobile V5505)

Advantages: easy set up, fast processor and large memory.

Disadvantages: screws fell out

Ive had this lap top now for almost 1 year, whilst it does perform well and many many plus points there are 1 or 2 things that frustrate me.

positives are that it is very well priced compared to other lap tops in this range, has huge memory, reasonable RAM size, fast enough dual core processor to handle even the most demanding files, downloads and applications etc for the buisness and student minded folks, ergonomically sound. When i recieved it, it was very easy to set it all up, step by step instructions which guided me through the whole process.

one problem i have had though and im not saying this is restricted to this laptop of brand, but the screws underneath keep falling out and getting lost. Appreciate that its due to picking up and putting it down, but lossing several screws in 1 year is a joke. The other downer is that i dont think its very well constructed, the screw issue aside, bits of the laptop are breaking away from it, nothing major but none the less - still falling off.

Overall, the lap top has way too many positve features going for it for me to critcise what may essentially be wear and tear, me placing it down to hard etc.

Of all the lap tops ive bough (4) this has given me hardly any problems at all, a great machine and if you can still get it at a good price it s well worth it. Others of the same spec but different brand will cost you much more.

Summary: great machine at a great price when compared to others with the same spec's.
