Unfortunately the battery life is only an hour and a half although i got it because of lack of space for a desktop so am never far from my charger anyway.
The DVD drive is adequate with a good quality picture which is all i can really say as i have only used it a couple of times.

Just got this laptop free with an 18 month mobile contract with Orange through the Phones4U website and am overall very pleased. Laptop come with a years manfacturers warranty so just got to hope it lasts the last 6 months of my contract and can find a similar deal then. My main reason for having a laptop is to access the internet and list items on e-bay which this is perfectly adequate for. This laptop has good wireless capability and is pretty quick when it comes to loading and switching between web pages.
