There really isn't any downsides to this laptop at all, well except from the extremely high price tag, but if you've got the money to spend then what a machine to spend it on. This fujitsu lifebook E8410, is a quite new type of laptop from the fujitsu siemens brand. These new laptops are called lifebook, and are especially designed for portability and super quick running speeds.
