HP Compaq Business Notebook 6715b ... bought this laptop a year ago, it has served me well, I am a computing student currently studying games. The laptop s design itself is a little plastic for my tastes with the track pad not being too great, the scroll bar on it often decides not to work. But on the plus it has a fingerprint scanner which is great for security. This being said it is good for the money you pay, the processing power of the laptop is good and has served me well when making games 2D games, the hardrive is quiet, the screen is large and bright with a good colour ratio, if you are after a laptop that does a lot of graphical work then this is not for you as there is no dedicated graphics card. ... HP Compaq Business Notebook 6735s ... ordering this laptop I was a bit put off by the 15.4 screen as I wanted a laptop that would be lightweight and easily portable, one that I could bring to work with me for presentations etc. Yes the laptop is slightly heavier than I wanted but the spec of this laptop is amazing for the price. I have since used the laptop at work for my presentations it was excellent. The WLAN connection works a treat and I can get a really good signal no matter where I am in the house or garden. There are 4 USB ports available on this laptop which comes in handy when doing those presentations, as I can plug in my speakers, flash drive and still have ample left for those extras. ... HP G70-105EA ... purchased this laptop back in January, and since then it has been put through its paces, at some times being used 16 hours a day between Business and Personal time. Having rigorously tested it, I would rate the HP G70 very highly, it performs well, and my only concern is how hot it sometimes get. There are a few features I particularly like. I am a big fan of the full size keyboard, there is nothing quite like a full size keyboard when working using Word, Powerpoint or Excel.
