Awful, don't recommend at all (HP G6000)

I bought this HP G6000 a year ago, after 6months the screen went, rendering the laptop unusable. At the time I was housebound after major foot surgeory so this couldn't of happened at a worse time as I was relying on the internet. The laptop, being under warrenty, was picked up & returned to me the next day, unopened & unreparied. It went straight back with the courier & was returned to me after abot another week, fixed.

Then six months later, the problem happened again. I was just in the warrenty still but they made collecting the laptop so difficult it was 10days before it was picked up, then they returned it to my work instead of my home. I told them that the problem recouring twice in one year on a £400 product was not good enough, that the laptop wasn't fit for purpose as I was worried it would just go again in anohter 6 months. They refused to do anything or even extend my warranty (except for 3 more months on the work carried out, which is worthless). I also spent hours on the phone to them being shoved from pillar to post. After writting a letter of complaint I had to ring for a response & was greeted with a couldn't care less attitude. Oh, and the charger has also stopped working.

I will never buy from HP again.
