I ve only ever had computers with the pentel processor before so was a bit wary of this but I needn t have been it s faster than any Laptop i ve had before. The 320hdd is good too as I take a lot of high res pictures which are about 50mb each so I needed a decent hdd. You can change the power save settings so that the screen doesn t darken when it s not plugged in to the mains which i find really handy, although does use power up quickly. I find my fully charged battery lasts around 2hrs on non power save setting. Watching movies on this laptop is like watching on tv, excellent picture quality! I have had a few issues with vista compatability but most of those seem ...

This Laptop has more style that most others and feels of quality throughout. The keyboard is a full sized one including a numbner pad and finished is a silverly matt texture. Having had many laptops I have to say that this one is my favourite to date. There is no real flex throughout the keyboard. and keys feel of quality when you strike them. The keys also don t produce much noice when typing which I have found on other laptops. Above the keyboard are illuminated touch buttons for media and WLAN control. These surprisingly work very well and are not just a gimick. Sandwiched between the keyboard and the media controls are the speakers. These are covered by perforated ...

I have owned this Laptop for almost two years now, and im going to have to write a review quite different from the previous ones. I wouldnt say i used this laptop for any heavy use, just word processing and browsing the net. In the space of two years i have had to change the power cord twice, the motherboard twice, the entire inside including the HDD once (causing me to lose all my work) and i have had serious overheating and battery issues. The battery life is questionable, and i am forced to keep the laptop plugged into mains at all times. I understand not all HP Pavillion laptops will be like this, but some are and this has been my experience. A quick trawl on the net ...
