I have found in the past with a lot of laptops that the quick start up speeds when you first take it out of the box quickly dimishes, but not with this laptop. I have also found that the battery life to be good, once fully charged it can last for up to 4 hours unplugged.

I used this laptop for about 12 months at work up until a recent hardware refresh took place and we were all given new laptops. I hadn't used a HP laptop before and was left extremely impressed with the performance of the laptop. I been working in the the IT industry as a support technician for the past 5 years and it's one of the most realible laptop/PC's I have used or supported.
