The 2020sa runs windows 7 home premium which has a handy taskbar at the bottom that you can pin programs to. Because of the 3GB of RAM the laptop can run several demanding programs at once. The processor is very fast and can easily deal with demanding programs, such as Adobe Photoshop.
The 2020sa is a media laptop so it has a wide screen. This means that watching DVD's or online video is more like watching it on a TV. Video playback is also good because of the bright and vibrant screen.

The HP 2020sa is a well built laptop. It looks good and is fairly light. The keyboard has a numeric keypad but doesn't make the QWERTY keyboard feel squashed. Above they keyboard there is is a wireless on/off button and volume controls. These are not actually buttons they light up when the laptop is on and you tap them.
